Scope of Work:
Supply operated and maintained 110t class crane with counterweight transport to set the phase 2 structural steel at the Overlook Drive medical office, Building B. Heaviest piece 8,700 lbs at a 110' radius from crane centerpin, south side set-up as used on the phase 1 set.
Customer to supply a qualified rigger and signal person. Parking field to be closed and coned by others prior to crane arrival.
Price allows for 10hrs on site to rig in, work, and rig out. Price is based on non-holiday weekday work.
